Together - Creative Embellishments and CSI 211

Hi everyone! Creative Embellishments has teamed up with CSI this month…so much fun! I created this layout for case file 211. The photos are my sweet Olaf and Sven...cutie pies :)

 

 

 

The title chippy is from the Celebrate Word Set. I love the word sets…so many to play with in each set!

 

In the background you can see the Distressed Text stamp. And look at that fabulous Scribble Heart chippy, one of my favs!

 

 

I tucked in pieces from the Moroccan Lattice Panel to finish it all off!

Joy - Creative Embellishments September Challenge

Hi everyone and Happy September! A new month means a new challenge at Creative Embellishments…and this months inspiration photo is so much fun! The photo is my grand mother and my dad and is very special to me.

 

 

 

As always I used the fun Distressed Text Stamp in the background. I was also inspired by the gears in the inspiration photo so added a few to my clusters, along with a fun Mini Pocket Watch.

 

 

The title chippy is from the Dream Word set and I added in a few chippy hearts to finish it all off.

 

 

All of the chip board pieces are just finished off with a light coat of gesso. I also used a few Shimmerz Paints in the background to highlight the cluster.

Wine Country - Creative Embellishments, Shimmerz and the Flying Unicorn

Hi everyone! Today I have a layout that I created with my Flying Unicorn August kit and fun Creative Embellishments chippys. I recently went cycling in wine country and these chippys were perfect for this project!

 

 

That super cute Grapevine chippy is finished with some Bamboo Leaf Spritz and Punked Up Purple Coloringz...they are so adorable.  

 I love the lace and gorgeous papers in this kit!

For my background behind the clusters I used some Shimmerz Well Blue Me Down Coloringz to add some shading.  

 

And to finish it all off I added some Penny 4 Your Thoughts and Giddy About Green Inklingz.

Back to School Journal - Petaloo

Hello Petaloo Fans. Shona here today with a fun Back To School project. I altered a journal and added lots of pretty Petaloo blooms to create it!  

 

I had so much fun creating my own bloom colors with some Shimmerz mists. Just add the mist to your flowers (ivory or white ones) and create the perfect color for your project! I colored the Mini Daisies, Daisy Layers and DIY Burlap Blossoms.

 

I tucked in a few Dogwoods and DIY Burlap Blossoms to finish it all off.
