It’s only with the heart

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog. I have been crazy busy getting so many layouts ahead for reveal days and a tutorial and 2 challenges coming up, but squeezed in some time to play along with TCR 71 and Once Upon a Sketch. I had to use song lyrics and they are “Its’s only with the heart, that one can see clearly: what’s essential is…invisible to the eye” *Lerner & Lowe* The photo is my niece getting married a couple of weeks ago. The outside frame is from Dusty Attic and I used crackle paints and then rubbed on some liquid pearls and added some gems. I made the larger blue flowers and will be posting a tutorial on Scrap That! during the next reveal.



Here is a close up of the distressing, masking and the crackled frame.

I used resist papers behind the photo and title and inked them.

A couple more close-ups of the flower clusters and layers..and the blue flowers I made.
