Hello 13@rts Fans!! Today a few of the design team are up on
the blog featuring NEW products from 13 Arts. My NEW Collection I chose for my
layout is the beautiful Blue Magnolia Collection.
Here you can see one of the new Amour stencil with Modeling Paste. I then used some Rainbow powder in Black Duo in the background.
I used chipboard pieces from the Blue Magnolia Collection and lots of 13 Arts flowers in the clusters.
I finished it all off with 3D balls and Gold Microspheres added with gel medium, and gesso splashes in the background.
