Memories Frozen In Time

This layout is for a challenge over at Swirlydoos…Winter White + one. The idea is a Winter theme but with a spring or summer photo. This is a photo of my parents in Vancouver probably somewhere around 1950. White is the main color and I chose silver as my other color. Was a challenge for sure to get so many layers of white. I punched out a few snowflakes to add to the layout with stickle centers and used lots of layers of different white papers from my stash.

Around the inside of the heart I did a lot of heat embossing and used a beautiful Prima butterfly in the top corner. . I used some liquid pearls around the heart and added a Prima Say it with Pearls in various parts of the layout
I added some silver Pink Paislee ruffles and made my own white and silver winter roses.
Thanks for stopping in to take a peek. I hope that you all have a great week  Feel free to leave some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J
