Charming **Scrapthat**

I got one of my kits yesterday, my Scrapthat kit….the paper and embellishments are gorgeous as usual. For this layout I used the monthly sketch. I decided to use these funny photos from out of one of those machines in a mall, it is my daughter and me being silly.  The papers are from My Mind’s Eye Lost and Found collection. The first layer on this layout is just inked cardstock.
I did water distressing on the second layer of paper and lots of inking on all of the layers. The larger flowers I made from a tutorial at Swirlydoos. I added some diamond glaze (which comes with the kit) to my flowers that I made. The leaves I stamped, cut them out, inked them, used the glaze on them and when it was dry I misted them with Smooch Spritz.

Over on the left side I added some stickles around the photos and you can see the lace and ribbon that I used on the layers. The Swirl I used liquid pearls on a transparency and then cut it out and added to my layout.
In the top corner I cut the title from one of the papers and did some stamping under it. I am loving the TH stamps that I got. I added diamond glaze to the stamped area and also to the title card. When it dries it has a raised effect and is cool. I cut the banner from one of the papers as well and added some liquid pearls to it. The brad is also from the My Mind’s Eye collection. And finally to finish it off I added a butterfly that came with the kit.
I also made a card a couple days ago, nothing special, I just want to have a few cards around for when I need them. I used G45 papers and added some stickles, ribbon, and liquid pearls to it. The roses are fussy cut from the G45 paper too.
Thank you so much for stopping in for a peek and I hope that your week is fantastic! Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J
