Canvas and Tag **Flying Unicorn and Shimmerz**

Hi everyone! Today I have 2 projects to share with you. A fun canvas and oversize tag.

I have used the Flying Unicorn April Kit of the Month for my canvas and added a few more goodies from the Flying Unicorn store! First I coved the canvas with the 7 Dots papers in the kit. Than the background on the canvas has been covered with Gesso I applied some Shimmerz in Royal Purple and Sea Foam Spritz. I have let both colors drip and run on the background and sides of the canvas.

 

 

Here are some close up of the background swirls of yummy Shimmerz colors. The Creative Embellishment chippys and Flying Uniocorn Adornment metal butterfly are all covered with Gesso and sprayed with some Sea Foam Spritz, I love to use my Shimmerz to co ordinate my project pieces. I love the flowers, rub ons and stamps in the kit…they all added to finishing my canvas.

 

 

Next I have an oversize tag to share. I have used the new Authentique Abroad Collection for this tag. To start I have used some packaging for the back of the tag, added some layers of torn paper strips from the collection, applied some gesso and sprayed some Sea Foam Spritz on it. Add a wee bit of water to the sprayed sections and twist and turn the tag to get the desired drips you like. I than used a Prima mask to create the black on the background with some fun Shimmerz Licorice Stick Dazzlerz. 

The cute Julie Netting doll stamp is all decked out in the collection papers and finished off with some yummy Petaloo flowers!
