All Smile **Swirlydoos**

HOLY SNOW!!!!! Geez the snow around here is getting old really quick if you know what I mean, but on the upside I am in the house pretty much all the time when I am not working, so I have lots of them to create layouts J It is a good thing that I belong to two kits clubs at the moment to keep me in supplies. So the snow cleared up long enough for me to run outside and get a picture of my latest layout, All Smiles. The photo is my grandson Johnathan, he is drooling and his eyes are so smiley. He is such a little sweetheart. Couldn’t ya just pinch those cheeks, hehe. I used my Swirlydoos January kit, Retro Tapestry, for this layout. I love the bright vibrant colors in the kit.
I did a lot of distressing on this layout, some water and some regular distressing. I inked the areas that I water distressed to show the deep creases in the paper. I used some tulle that came with the kit under the photo and added some Vintage gems to the tulle. The swirly birds are a transparency.
In this close up you can see the vibrant colored flowers and the cute Prima vine that came with the kit. I added some liquid pearls to the butterfly.
I added a banner to the top corner. I used some blue liquid pearls where each section connects on the banner. The butterfly I cut out added pearls and used pop ups to adhere to the layout.
Here is a close up of the title section. The title is on velum and the butterfly swirls are done with liquid pearls. I added some tulle in the corner with a little fan behind it and a big gem in the front.
Well I just joined the Dusty Attic page as a fan, so I am off to paint up some DA chippys to use on upcoming layouts. Thank you so much for stopping in for a peek. I hope that you all have a fantastic week, be safe and stay warm. Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J
