tender **Scrapthat and TCR**

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog. Well I am back from my few days retreat; I went up North to visit my daughter and family. Had a fantastic time and got to relax some. I got home Sunday and had a bit of scrappy withdrawals so I have been working on a couple of layouts since then. This one I made using my June kit and sketch from Scrapthat. I love this sketch. I also used this week’s palette from The Color Room. I did lots of distressing, masking, stamping and added lots of layers of goodies. The photo is my son and grand daughter last week. Here is the sketch and my take on it.

In these close ups you can see the masking and stamping that I did on the bottom layer. I tucked in some Dusty Attic chicken wire and foliage in with the flower cluster.

I love my new MS butterfly punch and added a few of them to the layout.

In this close up you can see more layers of goodies and the DA title piece.

Well that is it for today….I will be posting at least 2 more layouts this week so please come back and visit. Thanks again for stopping by and I hope that you have a fantastic week.  Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J

Amazing looking background Shona and I love the centrepiece, it's totally fabulous!! Those punched borders make some fine embellies on their own!
