July “Once Upon a Memory” CT Flying Unicorn Part one

Hi everyone… today I have some of my creations from the FLying Unicorn  July KOM “Once Upon a Memory” This kit is just absolutely loaded with such amazing products,  you are going to LOVE it. First up is a layout that I created with the 7 Gypsies papers. The photo is a little statue when I was on a wine tour in May.

 

I used the card stock add on for the background and did lots of punchwork on the top piece. The letter stickers are part of the main kit.

There are some frame chipboard pieces in the kit and I have used one to frame the photo.

 The flowers are all made with the kit papers and the cute metal pieces also came in the kit.

 My next layout is done with the yummy Fabscraps papers. I have added in lots of the kit embellishments on this layout of my grand daughter.

Lots of machine stitching and masking.

The flowers are layers of petals that come in the kit and also the centers are in there too. I did not peel the backing off of the large stickers but added them to border the photo and add some dimension to this layout.

Ok my final project for today is one of the trays from the “off the page” project in the kit.

I first painted it white and then did some crackle paint on the inside of it. The image is fussy cut from Prima Natures Garden collection and is available in the store here. I covered the image with the kit deco paige after to make sure it was adhered and smooth on the tray.

 I then just added some chippys and flowers to finish it off.

 The outside of the tray is covered with the collection papers and I added a piece of seam binding ribbon to finish it off.
