Cute as a Bug **Prima BAP**

Well I just got back from the hot springs a few hours ago. It started off very bad as soon as I pulled into the driveway. First off a dead bird? Why ..I have no clue. So hubby got rid of that. Then I come into the house to my salt water fish tank has shut off for some reason, and my guess is 2 days ago. So all my poor fishies are gone L and I loved them all….awwww..so I had to do an emergency water change, which is not easy on a 100 gallon tank. I hope I saved all the corals. I will know in a couple of days. And oh  yes my house stinks from the tank at the moment too yuck! But then I went on the computer and good news, yippee…I won t he May challenge at Glitz and they are sending me one of their collections…I am just so thrilled about that.

Ok on with a layout that I completed just before I left for the weekend. I used the sketch from Prima for June and lots of Prima goodies and Dusty Attic goodies. The papers and layers are from the Botanical Collection and I used lots of Prima flowers and gems and stickers. The photo is my grand son on his 1st birthday, I have scrapped this photo before but this one will be a gift.

Here you can see the flower cluster and the Dusty attic snowflakes that I added to the Prima flowers. I also tucked in a piece of DA chicken wire and used a DA fancy trim.

I used a DA scroll on the photo which has more snowflakes layered on it, that was an idea that I got from Gabrielle at Dusty Attic.

In this close up you can see all the layers of Prima papers and distressing and inking that I did. I actually did faux stitching on the outside as well but it looked so bad I covered it all with gesso. Lol

Well that is it for today…I am off to work some more on my fish talk.  I hope that you have a fantastic week.  Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J

Sorry about the fish. I love this design and the little cards coming out the top of the adorable photo.
