Barbie Girl

Happy Sunday everyone! I am just getting in under the wire here to get my entry in for this months BAP sketch from Prima. I have also used this weeks color palette from The Color Room. I have used Prima Printery papers and canvas pieces and a few Dusty Attic chippys..you can get them all at The FlyingUnicorn store. The photo is my grand daughter..she loves her barbies!

I did lots of distressing and some masking. The canvas pieces are just misted with smooch and the DA chippy is first painted white then I added some glimmer mist and gems.

I misted the large Prima flower to get the right color and cut up the black Prima fabric leaves to make them smaller. I just love the resist on the canvas pieces.

Close up of the larger DA piece and you can see the doily that is misted in the background.

Here is some of the masking and more Prima goodies on the layout.

Well that is it for today…I will be back soon! Don’t forget to stop by the Flying Unicorn store for all you scrappy supplies. Thanks again for stopping by and I hope that you have a fantastic week.  Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J

Another stunner of a page! Love the pops of red and your masking is awesome.

My girls loved their Barbie dolls too. I even kept mine from when I was kid and passed them on.

First off... Granddaughter? NO WAY. You don't even look old enough to have your own kids much less a grandchild!!! What fountain of youth are you drinking from? I'd like to order a case! LOl

Next your page is beautiful as is your "granddaughter"
