Flying Unicorn November Kit – Solace for the Heart part 2

Hi everyone and welcome! Today I have 2 more layouts that I have created with the Flying Unicorn November Kit of the Month “Solace for the Heart”.  This kit is just so shabbylicious and I enjoyed every minute creating with it.

For both of these layouts I have used the Teresa Collins collection in the kit and add ons. The first one is called Charming and I have done lots of distressing, some masking, some stamping and added lots of kit goodies.

I have used a Prima Vine that I hacked up into two pieces for the layout and tucked in some Dusty Attic chicken wire which is from the Flying Unicorn store.

This collection comes with some fun flower petals and strips that I attached with pop ups for dimension.

I also did some machine stitching and added some bulap pieces that come in the kit.

My next layout is called Memories and I did it for Tammy’s Challenge at the Flying Unicorn. Lots of masking and background work on this one.

For the white plaster leaves I have used a mold and plaster that comes in the kit.

Here you can see the background masking and the chippy is from Dusty Attic. I covered it with gesso and added some Stampendous Embossing Enamel to finish it off.. also available in the store.

Well that is it for today. I hope that you all have a fabulous week. Don’t forget to stop by the Flying Unicorn store for all your scrappy needs!
