Summer Love *CT Flying Unicorn* and *OUAS*

Happy Hump Day everyone!!! This month the Flying Unicorn is a sponsor at the Once Upon a Sketch challenge site and it was so much fun to work with Nadia’s gorgeous sketch….and I can always use that little push to get some journaling done on my layouts. The reveal for the Flying Unicorn CT layouts is today and here is what I have created with this months sketch and theme. My layout is called Summer Love and this is my grand daughter being all sweet! I have used the August Kit of the Month and did lots of masking and distressing on this one. Lots of fun!

Here is a close up of the brick masking with gesso. I just misted it after and added some goodies and that cute little chippy fence from Dusty Attic.

The stick pin is made by a fellow member at the Flying Unicorn..Paprika..just gorgeous and thanks sweetie !

One last close up.

Well that is it for today. Make sure to stop on by the OUAS stie for lots of inspiration and your chance to win some yummy prizes.  And don't forget to stop by the Flying Unicorn store for all your scrappy supplies. Have a great week everyone!  Feel free to leave me some scrappy love comments, I love reading them ...take care and happy scrapping J
